These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Permanent Beauty by Zara.
By booking our services, you fully accept these terms.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be published on our website.
Services
We offer the following services:
- Permanent makeup (eyebrows, lips, eyeliner)
- Microblading and Powder Brows
- Professional skincare treatments
- HydraFacial and Microneedling
- Consultation and aftercare
Each service begins with a detailed consultation to determine the desired results.
Appointments
Appointments can be booked by phone, email or through our website.
Appointments are only considered confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us.
Appointment changes are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellation up to 48 hours before appointment: free of charge
- Cancellation 24-48 hours before appointment: 50% of the treatment price
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment: 100% of the treatment price
Exceptions apply only in case of verifiable emergencies (medical certificate required).
Payment Terms
We accept cash, debit cards and credit cards.
Payment is due immediately after treatment.
A deposit of 50% is due at booking for first appointments.
Refunds are only given in case of verifiable treatment errors on our part.
Health and Contraindications
Clients are required to disclose all relevant health information before treatment.
The following contraindications exclude treatment::
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Use of blood-thinning medications
- Autoimmune diseases
- Acute skin diseases in the treatment area
- Allergies to products used
The responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of the information lies with the client.
Aftercare and Maintenance
Proper aftercare is crucial for the treatment result.
Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided after each treatment.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect the result.
The healing process usually takes 2-4 weeks.
Treatment Results
Treatment results may vary individually and are not guaranteed.
The result depends on various factors, including skin type, age and aftercare.
Touch-ups are often necessary and included in the price (except for removals).
We do not guarantee that the result will meet the client's expectations.
Liability
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations.
We have professional liability insurance.
Claims for damages are excluded unless otherwise regulated by law.
Privacy and Confidentiality
All customer data is treated confidentially and not passed on to third parties.
Before and after photos are only taken and used with express written consent.
Consent to use photos can be revoked at any time.
Complaints
Complaints must be reported in writing immediately after becoming aware of them.
Complaints must be made within 14 days after treatment.
We strive for a quick and fair resolution of all complaints.
Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
